§1. For all pictures applies that the copyright at all time belongs to the photographer and photos can only be used under the specific directions in this contract. No pictures must be manipulated, nor cropped except under the direct supervision from the photographer. Downloading of pictures from Explore Sweden directly conveys that this contract has been viewed and accepted. §2. Press photos from Explore Sweden must ONLY be used in direct context with, and illustrating an extensive printed editorial news article about the race, and after approval from the Explore Sweden Media Office. Any other use of pictures is considered non-approved. See §4. A copy of the publication must be sent to the Explore Sweden Media Office, in duplicates. §3. For all use, regardless of publication, the photgrapher's name must be displayed and placed directly and well-displayed next to each published photo. If the photoraphers name cannot be found embedded in the image file ITPC info, it must be obtained from the Explore Sweden Media office. §4. The infringement of paragraphs §1, §2 and §3 is considered as non-approved use and gives the copyrightholder/ photographer the full right to claim payment for published photographs. §5. Pressphotos must not be sent nor sold, or in any other way distributed to third party user without the exclusive approval from the photographer or Explore Sweden Media Office. The photos must not be saved in the publishers archive, regardless of digital file, papercopy or in any other form.
