Navigation
All disciplines demand skills in day and night navigation with the help of compass, maps and road book. The maps will be in scales 1:100.000, 1:50.000 and 1:10.000. The navigation will be critical, with parts of difficult orienteering.
Trekking/Orienteering

Mountaineering
The teams will also do some very spectacular mountain traverses with great sceneries on the boarder of Sweden/Norway, and give the teams the feeling of standing on the top of the world. The teams will also tied in rope teams cross a fantastic white glacier with ice axes and crampons.

The biking will take part in great surroundings on roads and singeltracks. Some of the biking will also be quite technical and one part will be a huge downhill section.
Kayaking
The paddling will be a mixture between river paddling, white water (klass 2) and lakes, so plenty of challenges will wait the teams on these sections. There will be darkzones, but just under a few hours when July bring the magnificent midnight sun. The organisation will supply the kayaks.
Rafting
The water that comes from the high alpine terrain creates wild white waters. The rivers that the teams will paddle is also used by the authorised rafting guides and professional staff will be out taking care of the safety. The rafts will be provided by the organisation.
