The before so nice night weather is slowly starting to change. There is a light snowfall, and the visibility up in the mountains is predicted to get worse during the afternoon.

Third team to the skis at CP34 was Team Salomon, 2h 15m after leading Cross Sportswear. They looked good and were happy to have started on the mountaineering section, which definitely is their strongest side.

19 min after Solomon came Montrail, chased by Buff. "We have the skiing Spaniards on our heels, chasing us down," commented Rebecca Rush as she was putting on her crampons.

The other teams that have left TA5 in Saxnäs after 5 hours of rest are Arkitektkopia, Energizer and Team SOLE. Danish Tscherning and Team Nomad are on their way to Saxnäs for well needed rest.
