Swedes take the victory
The secret destination turned out to be south of Lappland with Kittelfjäll as base camp. The course was 620 km long. The racers explored scenic peaks and ridges, icy cold streams, frozen lakes and endless dirt-roads during this great expedition. The race became physically and mentally gruelling, strikingly beautiful and spectacular.
Explore Sweden's second edition attracted 13 of the best teams in the world. Teams coming from South Africa, New Zeeland, Australia, USA, Canada, Finland, Denmark, Switzerland, France, Sweden and Spain. After 76 hours and 20 minutes, Mats Andersson, Natasha Westling, Anders Widegren and Per Vestling in swedish team Cross Sportswear won the race.
